Original whiteboard photo binaries deposited; src-0003…0008 unblocked

What was recorded before: src-0003…0008 archived AI transcription sidecars of six whiteboard photographs whose original image binaries had been viewed in-conversation but never deposited; each carried `epistemic_status: tentative` and the tag `pending-original-deposit`, with manifest row 4.2a BLOCKED.

What changed: the 2026-07-16 Claude ingestion bundle delivered the original files. Each was hash-verified against the bundle's SHA256SUMS.txt and archived under raw/whiteboards/ with its own source node — src-0009 (Board A; near-duplicate export src-0010), src-0011 (state 1 overview), src-0012 (state 1 close-up; an exact byte-duplicate in the bundle was recorded, not double-archived), src-0013 (state 2 July 4th close-up), src-0014 (state 2 overview), src-0015 (state 2 red-list close-up).

What was triggered: each sidecar source node's standing moves tentative → supported (artifact chain now complete: original photo + transcription both archived and hashed), the stale `pending-original-deposit` tag is replaced with `original-deposited`, and manifest row 4.2a moves BLOCKED → archived. The transcriptions' READINGS remain unverified by Chance — this revision completes provenance, it does not confirm content.

Also deposited in the same bundle: a previously unknown third state of Board B (src-0016, transcription src-0017), which no prior record anticipated.
